Thursday, Sept. 24th- School and One Act Registration OPENS. Have a PO or Credit Card set up to reserve your spot.

Friday, December 4th- School Registration Closes. Playwriting Scripts and All-State Audition Tapes due.

Friday, December 11th- DEADLINE: Thespian Honor Troupe applications and PDA Teacher Award Nominations

Friday, January 22nd- DEADLINE: Individuals Registration and Play Tech/Thespy Schedule Form

In South Carolina two organizations, Palmetto Dramatic Association & SC Thespians, come together to create a high school theatre festival that encourage the development of quality Theatre in secondary schools. We encourage education, advocacy, fellowship, networking, and fun. At our festival, we host individual events- both performance and technical, workshops, performances of one acts, as well as readings of original one acts, and a play writing competition.
Later in the Spring, SC Thespians sponsors the SC Junior Thespian festival in order to foster life skills with the up and coming theatre students in middle school.
