Festival Vendor and Sponsor Page
Host Site: Dreher High School
Festival Dates: February 16-18, 2024
Festival Times: Start at 1:00 PM Friday, End at 5:00 PM Sunday
Number of Delegates: Approximately 550-750 (24-30 high schools)
Vendors must have a connection with theatre in any of the following areas: professional, technical, or school programs in theatre.
All persons attending the festival must be screened and cleared by a background check. Names of representatives for a vendor must be submitted to the festival administration before the first day of the festival.
Vendors will be allowed to set up at 1 PM on Friday, February 16.
All tables/spaces should be cleared no later than 3 PM on Sunday of the festival.
Vendors will be provided the following:
8x8 display area with one table and two chairs and access to two electrical outlets
A visible or well publicized location in the main building of the festival
Listed in the festival programs (printed and electronic) as a vendor
A page in the digital program for photos, logos and links
In lieu of the $150 Vendor Fee, a program representative can facilitate two Workshop Sessions during the Festival.
